Return & Refund Policy
The following reasons are NOT covered by our return policy, and we are not liable for these issues:
- Product damage is caused by exposure to corrosive substances or chemicals, misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
- Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from the customer’s handling.
- Products with customized text, customized elements, photos, or personal design notes.
- Products that exceed the return processing time limit.
- Partial returns or exchange of products from a set item are not acceptable.
- Not the product itself, but only the other items or gifts included with the order.
- Coupon code or gift card.
- Cancellation or refund requests for orders that have already been placed.
Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We advise customers to review their orders carefully before confirming their purchase. Any request for cancellation or refund prior to shipping will not be accommodated under our refund policy.
Notes:
- Our team must authorize all returns via Email / Support Center. Returned items without that condition will not be accepted.
- Please note that due to variations in the display and production processes, the final color of the product may not be an exact match. We anticipate a color accuracy of approximately 70-90%.
